MPH Nexora appoints Oscar Rosero as chief operating officer

Melbourne, Australia — MPH Nexora Pty Ltd today announced the appointment of Oscar Rosero as Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately.
Oscar brings over 25 years of experience in IT delivery, business development, and technology transformation across global markets. A graduate of Deakin University with MIT Sloan School of Management – AI for Business Strategy (2025) & Digital Transformation (2019), his career includes nine years in senior leadership roles at AXA and the Hong Kong Jockey Club managing IT engineering teams in excess of 300 personnel — two leading global operationally complex and data-intensive organisations — where he led large-scale technology transformation, enterprise delivery, and regional partner programmes across Asia Pacific and the UK.
